At Kent Fire and Rescue Service we are proud of our achievements but our role in protecting the communities of Kent demands commitment to constantly improving our services. To do this we need to understand the needs of ALL of our residents as well as our staff and strive to meet those needs. Members and officers of Kent Fire and Rescue Service are committed to promoting equality, valuing diversity and combating unfair treatment.

KMFRA has placed equalities at the core of its service delivery and has committed to achieving the very highest level of the new national equality standard before 2010.

We want your views on how we meet your needs – we will be consulting on a regular basis and reporting progress through Personnel Committee and these Internet pages.
