  We developed the KMFRA Equality and Diversity Scheme by:

• Listening to the views of our staff, residents, visitors and external experts
• Learning from reviews of services, external inspections, complaints and compliments, de-briefing after major incidents and internal expertise
• Looking at our key performance measures, challenged our current performance and clarified our areas for development.
