Our Approach to Operational Diversity

We recognise that one of the main drivers for equalities in KMFRA is in how we deliver our services to the community. It is vital therefore that we continually develop our knowledge of the people of Kent and the different communities it hosts. We also recognise that understanding and meeting service needs requires different approaches.

There are three strands to our approach:

• Risk mapping against our community
• Integrated Operating Procedures
• Targeted action.
