Serious crash on A20 at Dover

Kent Fire and Rescue Service has been called to a major road traffic collision involving around 30 vehicles on the A20 in Dover.

Crews from Folkestone, Dover and Ashford were called to the coastbound carriageway near the Roundhill Tunnels at 1.18pm and are currently using hydraulic rescue equipment to free a man and a woman.

Kent Police and paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service are also at the scene where the weather conditions are said to be extremely foggy.
