A20 crash update

Crews from Kent Fire and Rescue Service have freed two trapped people after a road traffic collision on the A20 at Dover.

Three appliances were sent to the coastbound carriageway at 1.18pm and firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to free a man and a woman.

Kent Police and paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service are also at the scene of the crash which involved two cars and two lorries in the main collision but it’s believed up to 10 vehicles may have been damaged in the incident.
