Human Rights

This section sets out the six Articles of the European Convention on Human Rights (as described in the Human Rights Act 1998) which have implications for the provision of public services and function.

We have incorporated these rights into our action planning and into our approach to Operational Diversity to ensure that in carrying out our services we respect every individual. It is fundamental to our Aims to protect life and therefore as a Service our respect for Human Rights is paramount in everything we do.
