Under the Licensing Act 2003 your local Council is responsible for granting premises licenses, club premises certificates, temporary events notices and personal licenses in the Borough in respect of the sale and/or supply of alcohol.

Kent Fire & Rescue Services will expect to see, in the operating schedule relating to Public Safety, a statement of commitment by the applicant to provide and maintain adequate fire safety measures, according to the risk of the premises and the activities taking place.
If we have concerns over Public Safety we may object to your application.
