Marriage and civil partnerships
Whilst data around marriage and civil partnerships is not
currently collected as part of our diversity monitoring processes
we treat all our service users and staff equally, regardless of
their marital status and this is incorporated in our Equality
Opportunities policy.
We have updated our human resources policies and
procedures to ensure that civil partnerships are recognised along
with heterosexual partnerships.
