Director of Operational Policy and Resilience
Steve leads on all operational aspects of the service
deployment, from general firefighting and rescue duties to
emergency planning, major incidents and protecting the Channel
Tunnel.
Steve is supported by an assistant director: Paul Flaherty, Assistant Director
of Planning and Development, and three areas managers - Graham
Gash (Head of Channel Tunnel Operations), Steve Jeffery
(Operational Response Planning) and Chris Colgan (Head of
Operational Services).
