Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) is led by a team of four people: Chief Executive Ann Millington, Director of Operational Policy and Resilience Steve Demetriou, Director of Finance and Corporate Services Charles Kerr and Director of Service Delivery Steve Griffiths.

Leads on all operational deployment including major incidents, emergency planning and the Channel Tunnel.

Charles Kerr, Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Leads on all matters of finance, property, procurement and vehicle fleet management, as well as corporate services.

Steve Griffiths, Director of Service Delivery

Leads on all preventative work, including community safety, technical fire safety and partnership work.
