Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) is led by a team of four people: Chief Executive Ann Millington, Director of Major Projects and Resilience Steve Demetriou, Director of Finance and Corporate Services Charles Kerr and Director of Operations Sean Bone-Knell.

Director of Major Projects and Resilience

Leads on all operational pre-planning, emergency planning, dealing with major incidents, protecting the Channel Tunnel as well as major projects.

Charles Kerr, Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Charles Kerr

Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Deals with corporate finance, corporate governance, IT, insurance, procurement, property and facilities management.

Sean Bone-Knell, Director of Operations

Sean Bone-Knell

Director of Operations

Manages the operational response element of the service on a day to day basis, training, health and safety, and how we help people stay safe at home, on the roads and in their places of work.
