How to get help
Further details including user
name, password, email address and support for booking, finding and
using the local FRS terminal can be obtained by contacting the
local FRS contact point or reading any support documentation they
have provided.
If you are experiencing technical
issues the KFRS Information Systems Helpdesk team is available by
phone or email, 8am – 8pm 7 days a week. Please note
that password resets will only be accepted via email to the
Kent Fire & Rescue Service Information Systems Helpdesk team
from the nominated member of staff within each FRS. Contact
