Ashford

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a barn alight in Canterbury Road, in Bradbourne Lees, Ashford. 

Three fire engines and a bulk water carrier were sent to the scene, where crews extinguished the flames with hose reel jets and main jets. 

The technical rescue unit also attended and used a telehandler machine to remove hay from the affected barn. 

No injuries have been reported, and the cause is not yet known.
