Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a lorry alight on the slip road off Junction 2 on the A282 near Dartford.
Three fire engines and a bulk water carrier attended, crews wearing breathing apparatus used foam and hose-reel jets to extinguish the fire.
There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.
