Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a fire in Lennox Road East, Gravesend, which is believed to have started in an incinerator but then spread to a shed, grass and trees.
Three fire engines attended and crews used hose reel jets and main jets to extinguish the flames.
One person was passed into the care of SECAmb paramedics.
