A2 road crash near Bean
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded to a crash on the A2 Section 3 at Bean involving two vehicles. Two fire engines attended and Kent Police were also at the scene for traffic control purposes. The London-bound carriageway was closed while fire crews worked to release a woman, trapped in a vehicle. Hydraulic rescue equipment was used and the woman was then handed into the care of the ambulance service.
