Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Twelve acres of corn alight Waltham
Incident details
KFRS crews were called to a fire in approximately 12 acres of standing corn in Waltham.  Fire breaks were created between the field and nearby woodland and  crews damped down around twenty bales of straw.  Four engines and a bulk water carrier were called to the fire.
