Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Crash in Detling
Incident details
Firefighters were called to assist a crash involving a van and a car in Cox Street, Detling. Crews administered first aid to a woman who was trapped in the car and used hydraulic rescue equipment remove the roof of the vehicle. She was passed into the care of SECAmb. Kent Police also attended the incident.
