Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Folkestone play house fire
Incident details
KFRS crews were called to a fire in play house in a garden in Harvey Street, Folkestone.  The fire had spread from the play house along the outside of the property causing the soil pipe, telephone cable, facia and guttering to melt. Crews used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to deal with the fire.
