Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Folkestone fire
Incident details
A KFRS crew and one fire engine was called to a small explosion and fire in an outside electrical manhole in Sandgate Road, Folkestone. Crews used an extinguisher  to put out fire in cable ducting. Duty of care for incident was handed over to UK Power.
