Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Incident
Serious collision on A2070 - Ashford
Incident details
Firefighters were called to the scene of a crash involving two vehicles near the Bridgefield roundabout on the A2070 outside Ashford. 
 
Crews using hydraulic rescue equipment worked with paramedics and HEMS doctors to create space to assess and treat two casualties. Both casualties have been airlifted to hospital by the Kent Air Ambulance.
