Man cut free after car crashes into pub in Ramsgate
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a car that had crashed into a pub at the junction of Margate Road and Northwood Road in Ramsgate. Crews worked with paramedics to asses the driver of the car and assessed the structure of the building for safety purposes. The driver was trapped by his injuries and needed to be cut free from the vehicle. Using hydraulic rescue equipment, firefighters released the man who was transferred to an ambulance and taken to hospital. Crews made the scene safe.
