Fire crews release woman from crash at Darent Valley
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to Darent Valley Hospital, Darenth Wood Road at 4.22pm after a woman was involved in a collision on the A2 in a private transport hospital vehicle. The woman managed to drive the vehicle, a 4 x 4 Peugeot to the ambulance bay, where fire crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to release her and pass her into the care of South East Coast Ambulance Service.
