Woman cut free from car after hitting tree in Old Romney
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a road crash involving a car hitting a tree in Sycamore Farm, Old Romney. Crews arrived to find a woman in her late teens trapped by her injuries. Using hydraulic cutting gear, crews removed the roof to gain access to the woman. She was assessed by both paramedics and firefighters before being removed by firefighters and placed in the care of paramedics. Crews made the scene safe.
