Deal chimney fire
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a chimney fire in Capstan Row, Deal shortly after 2pm. 
 
Crews were on the scene within minutes of receiving the 999 call to find that the fire had spread to the roof space. They are tackling the blaze wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reel jets.
