Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including KeMozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone ="tracking[default||]" href="http://www.secamb.nhs.uk/">South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Incident
Occupant given oxygen after TV catches fire in flat - Chatham
Incident details
Firefighters were called to reports of a TV alight in a flat in Jenkins' Dale, Chatham. Upon arrival, they discovered smoke issuing from the premises and entered wearing breathing apparatus to tackle the fire using a high-pressure hose reel jet. 
 
The occupant of the flat was treated by crews with oxygen therapy for the effects of breathing in smoke. The cause is not currently known.
