Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including KeMozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone ="tracking[default||]" href="http://www.secamb.nhs.uk/">South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Crane fire on M26 near Sevenoaks
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a crane alight on the hard shoulder of the M26 on the Kent bound carriageway which was closed to allow firefighters to tackle the blaze. Crews used breathing apparatus, hose reel jets and foam to tackle the fire. There were no reported casualties or injuries. Duty of care was left with Highways England.
