Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including KeMozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone ="tracking[default||]" href="http://www.secamb.nhs.uk/">South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Flat fire in Maidstone
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a fire in a first floor flat in Brishing Lane, Maidstone. Upon arrival, the male resident was outside the property with no reported injuries. Crews, wearing breathing apparatus, extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet. They used a fan to clear the flat of smoke.
