Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including KeMozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone ="tracking[default||]" href="http://www.secamb.nhs.uk/">South East Coast Ambulance Service on a regular basis.

Bedroom fire in Ashford
Incident details
Firefighers were called to a fire in the first-floor bedroom of a house in Beaver Lane, Ashford. Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire, which was contained to the bedroom, using a hose reel. One woman was given oxygen therapy for smoke inhalation and passed into the care of SECAmb. The cause is believed to be accidental.
