Fire in a flat in Deal
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Services was called to a fire in a property in South Street, Deal. Four fire engines and a height vehicle attended, and crews tackled a fire in a flat on the top floor of a four storey building. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel jet, two main jets and water from a hydrant to attack the blaze. There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
