Small fire at rear of a house in Folkestone
Incident details
Firefighters were called to a fire in Burrow Road, Folkestone involving a quantity of carpet and flooring in a garden, which had spread to the rear of a house. Two fire engines were sent to the scene and crews used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, which caused light fire damage to some wooden cladding and heat damage to some plastic pipework. The cause of the fire is not known. There were no reported injuries.
