Incident
Garage fire in Hoath
Incident details
Firefighters attended a fire involving a single-storey domestic garage in Hoath Road, Hoath, near Canterbury.  Crews wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet, a main jet and compressed air foam to bring the fire under control and prevent it spreading to other property. The garage and four vehicles were severely damaged by fire and the front UPVC windows and guttering of an adjacent annex were also damaged. Two casualties were tended to by SECAmb at the scene. The cause is not yet known.
