of Accounts 2011/12

and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority
Notice is hereby given that
pursuant to Sections 14 and 15 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 and
the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2011:
- From 22 May 2012 to
20 June 2012, between the hours of 10am and 4pm, Mondays to
Fridays, any person interested, on application to the Director of
Finance and Corporate Services at the Kent and Medway Fire &
Rescue Authority Headquarters, Straw Mill Hill, Tovil, Maidstone,
Kent ME15 6XB, may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the
above named authority for the year ended 31 March 2012, and all
books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, and receipts relating
thereto.
- From 21 June 2012
until the audit is closed, local government electors for the area
to which the accounts relate may exercise their rights under
sections 15 and 16 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 to question the
auditor about or make objections to the accounts for the year ended
31 March 2012. The external auditor, Darren Wells can be contacted
