Your safety

Whether it’s a road crash or a fatal house fire, nearly every emergency we’re called to could be avoided.

That’s why we do so much work in schools and the community to help people understand why accidents happen, and how they can be prevented.

Have a look through the pages in this section to find out how you can live a safer life, and about the support Kent Fire and Rescue Service can offer.

Did you know that people with health or mobility issues are the most vulnerable to fires? Do you know someone at risk?

We have a range products and support that can help to minimise risks to vulnerable people in their own homes. For free home safety advice and services call us on 0800 923 7000 (free from most landlines, mobiles may charge) or email your contact details to for a call back.
