How do I look at background papers that are listed in reports?
These are papers which are fundamental to a report which Members are or have considered, but are not in the public domain. This category is used very rarely, as generally we publish everything on the website. If a background document is listed in a report, you can request to view it by contacting the Clerk, or the named officer on the report. Background documents are only available for six years from the date of the meeting.
