30-Day Step Outside Challenge - £15 shopping voucher for first 15 sign ups

By redeeming the 30-Day Step Outside Challenge - £15 shopping voucher offer organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service ('the offer') participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The offer can only be claimed by the first 15 participants who sign up to the private Facebook group.

2. The offer is open to all residents in Kent and Medway over the age of 18 years, but not open to any Kent Fire and Rescue Service employees.

3. The offer is only redeemable by those who are active and remain in the Facebook group for the full 30 days.

4. The £15 shopping voucher will be allocated at the end of the 30-Day Step Outside Challenge.

5. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this offer.

6. The closing date for the offer is 9 August 2021.

7. Kent Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the offer, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.

8. Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion consider it necessary.

9. Information regarding personal data which is provided by you when you enter will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Kent Fire and Rescue Service or a third party, then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.

Views on Kent Fire and Rescue Service survey prize draw to win £100 shopping voucher - terms and conditions

By entering into the ‘Views on Kent Fire and Rescue Service’ survey prize draw organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

In order to enter the prize draw, you must: 

  • Complete the ‘Views on Kent Fire and Rescue Service’ survey.

1. The prize draw is open to all residents in Kent and Medway over the age of 18 years, but not open to any Kent Fire and Rescue Service employee.

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this prize draw.

4. The prize will be £100 shopping voucher.

5. The prize draw will take place on 30th November 2020. And one winner will be selected at random. The prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.

6. Once the winner has been identified and contact made, if the winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified, Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant, and thereafter until one (1) winner has been successfully contacted.

7. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

8. Kent Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.

9. The winner's name shall be made available on the website and social media.

10. Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion consider it necessary. 

11. Kent Fire and Rescue Service does not accept any responsibility for travel arrangements or costs incurred by the winner to receive the prize.

August Online Open Day, Activity Trail prize draw to win a family visit to your local Kent Fire and Rescue Fire station - terms and conditions

By entering into the ‘Online Activity Trail prize draw’ organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

In order to enter the prize draw, you must: 

·         Complete the activity trail sheet online, this will be shared on the Kent Fire and Rescue Facebook page at 2pm after the Online Open Day.

1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in Kent and Medway, but not open to any Kent Fire and Rescue Service employee.

2. Only one entry per family needs to be completed.

3. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this Prize Draw.

4. One prize draw will take place on 10th August 2020. And one winner will be selected at random. The prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.

5. Once the winner has been identified and contact made, if the winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified, Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant, and thereafter until one (1) winner has been successfully contacted.

6. The winner must collect the prize from Kent Fire and Rescue Service HQ in The Godlands, Straw Mill Hill, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6XB; or from the closest Wholetime Station.

7. Kent Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.

The Byrnes Family colouring competitions - terms and conditions

By entering into The Byrnes Family colouring competition organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

In order to enter the prize draw, you must: 

  • Colour in The Byrnes Family inside the Road Trip to a Safe Summer booklet 
  • The person colouring in should be 11-years-old or under 
  • An adult must post a photo of the colouring in page from the Road Trip to a Safe Summer booklet on The Byrnes Family Facebook page to be in with a chance of winning a Byrnes Family t-shirt for the child who completed the colouring

1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in Kent and Medway who pick up a Road Trip to a Safe Summer booklet from an event or other site distributing the booklet.

2. Every six months from Saturday, 16 June 2018 until the booklets are out of circulation, a winner will be picked from the entries received during that period. The winner will be contacted via The Byrnes Family Facebook page, and they will receive a Byrnes Family t-shirt.  The prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.

3. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this Prize Draw.

4. Kent Fire and Rescue Service/East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.
