Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

House fire in Margate
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to Clifton Walk in Margate, to reports of a fire in a three storey property. Four fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus tackled the fire on the ground floor with two hose reel jets and water from a hydrant. There were no reported injuries and the cause is being investigated.
