Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

House fire in Dover - update
Incident details
Update 11:30: 
 
An investigation is being carried out into the cause of a house fire in Tower Street, Dover. 
 
Sadly, despite the efforts of emergency services at the scene, a woman has died. 
 
Tower Street remains closed while emergency services attend this incident. 
 
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
