Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Road crash rescue - Bethersden near Ashford
Incident details
A man thought to be in his late 50s had to be cut free from his car after a crash in the early hours. The vehicle landed on its side after hitting a telegraph pole. The man was assessed and given first aid at the scene by paramedics at the scene before being taken to hospital.
