Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Small fire in Tunbridge Wells back garden
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a fire in the back garden of a property in Auckland Road, Tunbridge Wells. A neighbour raised the alarm after hearing the fire and looked out to see the decking of the neighbouring property alight. Crews arrived seven minutes later to find a small fire on the decking that they dealt with swiftly using flexi-packs and buckets of water. The cause of the fire isn't known and there were no reported injuries.
