Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Ashford bedroom fire
Incident details
Firefighters were called to a house in Great Fishers, Singleton today. Crews wearing breathing apparatus had put the fire out using a hose reel by 12.49pm. They spent another 30 minutes damping down, cutting away and giving fire safety advice. There were no reports of any injuries.
