Fryer fire at Herne Bay cafe
Incident details
Firefighters attended a fire inside a deep fat fryer at a café in Richmond Street, Herne Bay. Crews used a fire blanket to tackle the blaze, along with a specialised fan to clear smoke from the property. There were no reported injuries and the cause is believed to be accidental.
