Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Car crashes into Wye shop front
Incident details
Firefighters helped to make the scene safe after a car crashed in to the front of a shop in Wye used as a hairdressing salon. Crews used hydraulic equipment and props to help support the structure of the building. One casualty was passed into the care of SECAmb.
