Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Man freed from crashed car near Sandwich
Incident details
Firefighters helped to release a man from a crashed car following a two-car collision at the junction of Hammill Road and Chalkpit lane in Woodnesborough. He was passed into the care of SECAmb. A further casualty was also attended to by SECAmb.
