Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Motorcyclist freed from beneath parked car
Incident details
Firefighters assisted at the scene of an incident in Beverley Road, Maidstone after a motorcyclist came off a motorbike and became wedged beneath a parked car. Crews used winch to pull the vehicle away whilst manually lifting it to allow SECAmb to access and treat the casualty. An HEMS air ambulance also attended the incident.
