Garden log cabin fire in Herne Bay
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a fire involving a log cabin in the back garden of a Herne Bay property. On arrival crews found the structure, measuring 8 metres x 4 metres, well alight. Using breathing apparatus, main jets and hose reel jets firefighters extinguished the blaze. The cause is thought to have been an electrical fault with the power supply. There were no reported injuries.
