Kent Fire and Rescue Service tackled a fire in a workshop in Maidstone Road, Paddock Wood this afternoon (15 January 2013).
Fire crews were called to the premises used as a spray workshop at 2pm and discovered a fire had spread from a spray oven to the workshop building.
Four fire appliances and approximately 20 firefighters in breathing apparatus tackled the blaze using foam, a hydrant, a main jet and two hose reel jets.
The fire was put out at around 2.50pm and crews remain on the scene damping down and turning over remaining hot spots.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
