How to Make a Complaint

If we cannot resolve the problem for you informally, you have the right to make a formal complaint. To do this please:-

Complete the online Member Complaint Form and e-mail it to complaintsorcompliments@kent.fire-uk.org, or 

Print out the Member Complaint Form, fill it in and then post or fax it to:-
