Mindful communication: listen more, talk carefully.
Challenge stereotypes.
Avoid assumptions.
Ask yourself and others (the right) questions.
Be aware of your privileges.
Be proactive in educating yourself on the topic.
Stay open, stay curious, and do not fear mistakes.
