With a focus on preventative work, education and helping our customers live safer lives, the collaboration team are central to ensuring we reach out to everyone. They explore and develop the most effective and beneficial ways of working with our customers, colleagues and other agencies. The collaboration team also carry out research to ensure the work we do is effective and allows us to reach out to and engage with as many of our customers as possible. This research also helps other teams in KFRS to plan the most effective customer engagement activities
