IT and Business Change

As with all organisations our technology, IT systems and equipment are essential for the smooth running of KFRS. The IT teams are responsible for their management and upkeep and operate a helpdesk providing support for staff wherever needed. Software is kept updated across the service and hardware and applications replaced as necessary.

Business change includes our project and business analysts who work on key projects for the organisation, as well as providing advice and assistance for project development. They consider and appraise work that needs to be undertaken, map the impact of projects and help to find solutions where a project is likely to take longer than anticipated.
